Frankie Marie Bell was born on July 2, 1945 to James “Otis” and Pauline (Smith) Williams in Berryville, Arkansas. On October 5, 2025, at the age of 80, she was reunited in heaven with her husband of 50 years, Willie “Bill” Bell.
Frankie and Bill were married on the first of May, 1965 and together they were blessed with three children that survive them. Daughters, Tammy Hipps and husband Chad of Berryville, Kim Owens and husband Michael of Bentonville and son, Derek Bell and fiancé Allison of Blue Eye, Missouri. Frankie’s most proud legacy were her 8 grandchildren, Preston Enix, Payton Enix, Michaela Owens, Reagan Holly, Krystal Hipps, Chris Hipps, Braxton Bell, Harper Bell and two great-grandchildren, Aspen Enix and Aiden Enix. She is also survived by her sister and best friend, Loretta Wisdom of Berryville.
Frankie was a devout Christian and attended both Antioch Church and Freedom Full Gospel Fellowship throughout her life. She was well known for her time as a pianist at Antioch and as a member of a few gospel trios and quartets over the years.
Frankie was one of the most loyal people you could know and that was evidenced by her plethora of friends and by her career at Walmart that spanned over three decades. During her working years she also spent time working with her husband, Bill while they owned and operated a small general store on the square in Green Forest. After this chapter of life Frankie and Bill moved to Hwy. 221 north of Berryville and spent the remainder of their lives raising chickens and cattle on their family farm. Over the years Frankie could always be found in the bleachers watching her children in their sports and was well-known for never missing a game or event in which they were participating. Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 10, 2025 with the funeral to immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Charles M.
