FFA Honor

Karlea Standlee, a 2021 Berryville High School graduate, was recently awarded the American FFA Degree. As the highest degree achievable in the National Future Farmers of America organization, the American FFA Degree shows an FFA member’s dedication to his or her chapter and state FFA association. It demonstrates the effort FFA members apply toward their supervised agricultural experience and the outstanding leadership abilities and community involvement they exhibited through their FFA career. Standlee was selected along with 20 other FFA members from the state of Arkansas and is the fifth
person from Berryville to receive the American FFA Degree. She was awarded the degree at the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis. She attends the College of Ozarks, where she is in her second year majoring in agricultural education. She is the daughter of John and Bridget Contreras and Zeb Standlee.
