The Eureka Springs Community Center will host a Keep Arkansas Beautiful clean-up event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 12, on the community center campus at 44 Kingshighway in Eureka Springs.
Clear Spring School students and staff will volunteer, and the community is encouraged to volunteer with them. The event will focus on a campus clean-up of trash and debris before the community center’s busy season begins. The community center will provide gloves and trash bags, and everyone is encouraged to bring additional equipment such as rakes. Beverages will be provided, and event tee shirts will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
“We are very excited to be in partnership with Keep Arkansas Beautiful along with our incredible volunteers who are making a positive impact in our community,” said Kristi Vidler, program coordinator for the Eureka Springs Community Center.
The make-up weather date is Thursday, April 13. For more information, contact Vidler at activities@escommunity.org or 479-239-0029.
