PayneEthel C. Payne of Rogers was born December 1, 1918, in Marble, Arkansas to Frances and Della (Howard) Crow. Ethel passed away April 8, 2024, in Rogers at the age of 105.
She enjoyed spending time making quilts. Ethel gardened veggies and fruit trees until she was 98 years old. She loved spending time with family.
Ethel is survived by her children, Rodney Payne of Rogers, Andra Pratt and husband Highfill, Kendra Payne and Chris Palmer of Elm Springs, Holly Payne and Aaron Baldwin of Bigelow, Pamela Burch of Springfield; grandchildren, Stephanie Burch of Springfield, Jennifer Ripplinger and husband Brian of Kansas City; great-grandchildren, Logan Palmer, Mickie Palmer, Brittany and Breanna; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Frances and Della Crow; husband, Owen Payne Jr. and eight siblings.
Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 12, 2024, at Berryville Memorial Park Cemetery with Rodney Payne officiating.
