Dr. Michael Pakko, chief economist and state economic forecaster at the Arkansas Economic Development Institute (AEDI) at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, will be the speaker at the Carroll County Economic Update Luncheon on Thursday, Sept. 19, at the Berryville Community Center. The luncheon is presented by the North Arkansas College Foundation, the Berryville Chamber of Commerce and the City of Berryville. Everyone is invited to attend.
