Cynthia Ann Satterfield, 64, of Branson, Missouri, passed away at her home on February 15, 2023. She was born January 15, 1959, in Harrison, Arkansas. She was the daughter of Wendell and Peggy Norris Satterfield.
Cindy attended Green Forest High School, where she was involved in many activities and graduated valedictorian of her class. She attended the University of Arkansas, was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha, and graduated with a degree in business. After college she worked many years in insurance and risk management. Her career took her to Oklahoma City; St. Paul, Minnesota; Little Rock; Coppell, Texas; Atlanta, Georgia; and Tampa, Florida. In 2011 she began working at FedEx in Harrison.
Cindy was a quiet, gentle soul. She enjoyed watching sports and following her favorite teams. She had recently retired and wanted to volunteer in community service. She was a member of the Church of Christ and attended church in Hollister, Missouri. Cindy is survived by her mother, Peggy, of Green Forest; brother and sister-in-law, Greg and Cheryl Satter _eld, of Green Forest; sister, Debbie Satterfield Ru of Rogers; a niece, Allison Satterfield, Denver, Colorado; nephews, Matt Sattefield, Little Rock, and Morgan Ru Green Forest; a great-niece, and three great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Wendell, and her grandparents.
Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at Nelson’s Green Forest Chapel. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at Nelson’s Green Forest Chapel.
