Connie Gean Baugh of Berryville, Arkansas was born September 8, 1944, in Clarksville, Arkansas to John Edward and Alma Emma (Sellers) Gean. Connie passed away Saturday, January 25, 2025, in Berryville, Arkansas at the age of 80.

Connie cherished time spent with family. She was an amazing cook and enjoyed cooking for the family when they came over. She was very competitive and played lots of board games. She enjoyed playing cards, working on puzzles and loved horses.

Connie is survived by her husband, Edwin Baugh of Berryville, Arkansas; daughter, Melinda Gonzalez (Martin) of Berryville; son, William “Eddie” Johnson of Andale, Kansas; son, Dale Johnson (Brenda) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; step-son, Robert K. Baugh (Carol) of Berryville, Arkansas; step-son, William F. Baugh of Berryville, Arkansas; 14 grandchildren, Kayla, Emmanuel, Samuel, Amber, Sonny, Anthony, Melanie, Isaac, Jimmy, Ameryce, Katrina, Ashley, Billy, and Joseph; several great-grandchildren, many other relatives and close friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Alma Gean; first husband, Dale Johnson; son, James “Jimmy” Johnson; granddaughter, Santana, and four siblings, Johnnie, Sue, Alan and Rita.

Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at the Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at Freeman Heights Baptist Church with Pastor Lannie Younger officiating. Interment will follow at New Home Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to New Home Cemetery, c/o LaVon Nance, 1756 Hwy. 103 N, Green Forest, AR 72638. Arrangements are under the direction of Nelson Funeral Service.
