Storytime at 10 a.m. at the Green Forest Public Library. All ages are welcome. There will be two groups: one for younger kids and one for older. All will have snacks and a craft.
Game night
Dungeons and Dragons at 6 p.m. every Tuesday at the Green Forest Public Library. Ages 16 and over. No table fees. Participants are asked to bring their own snacks.

Rebel Readers
Children ages 9-13 are Invited to join Rebel Readers book club each Thursday during the summer. Participants read a book together, work on activities and crafts, discuss the book, and have a snack.
Get Fit Club
JoAnn at the Green Forest Library will host a Get Fit Club at 6 p.m. each Thursday. This easy stretching class helps adults of all ages and mobility stretch and get slightly more In shape.

Music and Movement
People Helping People will host ben-efit “Music and Movement” events each Thursday evening in September at Gotahold Brewing at 409 W. Van Buren in Eureka Springs. The brewery will donate “Tips for Transformation” to People Helping People, a non-profit organization that has provided prescription medication assistance to Car-roll County residents for the past 30 years. Each event will be from 5:30-6:30 p.m. and include musical groups Rambling Creek and Mountain Gypsies, a yoga demonstra-tion and Tai Chi and Qi Gong demonstra-tions. Ozarks Chorale Rehearsals
The Ozarks Chorale rehearsals will begin at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13, at the Fellowship Hall of the Methodist Church at 195 Huntsville Road (Highway 23 South) in Eureka Springs.
Sept. 17
International Food Festival
St. Anne’s Church in Berryville will host the Almost Famous International Food Festival from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 17.
The event will feature food booths with cuisine from multiple countries including tamales, papusas, carne asada, ribs, burgers, egg rolls, and more. Music, games, bouncy houses, cotton candy, snow cones and more will also be available.

Historical Society meets
The Alpena Historical Society meets at 10 a.m. on the second Saturday of each month, with the exception of November and December, at Alpena Methodist Church.

Mad Hatter Ball returns
The Eureka Springs School of the Arts has announced that the 20th anniversary celebration of the Mad Hatter Ball will be held at the Crescent Hotel in Eureka Sptings on Oct. 21.
The event returns to an in-person ball and will be once again held in the Crystal Ballroom after two years of virtual-only events. Tickets for this event are very limited.
