WhiteleyWhiteley Carolynn Joyce Whiteley of Huntsville, Arkansas was born January 22, 1945, in Yakima, Washington to Roy and Hellen (Kelso) Smith. Carolynn passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at her home in Huntsville at the age of 79.
Carolynn worked at Tyson Foods for several years. During her life she made several friends who referred to her as “Karo”. She was a farmer and loved her family dearly. Especially her grandson, Hunter Rex who cared for her during her last days.
Survivors include her son, Bobby Whiteley of Huntsville, Arkansas; grandsons, Hunter Rex, Caleb Whiteley and Walker Clark; granddaughter, Anna Mae Edmondson; sister, Jean Holman of Rogers, Arkansas; brother, Earl Smith and wife Betty of Berryville, Arkansas; brother, David Smith and wife Sandy of Berryville, Arkansas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Hellen Smith; one infant brother; brother, Ray Smith and sisters, Roberta Gibbs and Sara Gage.
Graveside service was 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 2, 2024, at Pension Mountain Cemetery.
