The Berryville Bobcats lost two 4A-1 conference game last week, losing to Prairie Grove 47-40 on Thursday, Jan. 18, at Bobcat Arena and 67-60 at Gentry one night later.
Berryville led Prairie Grove 34-33 after two free throws by senior Dale Nagtalon with 5:33 remaining in the fourth quarter, but the Tigers responded with 13 consecutive points to take a 46-34 lead with 1:38 left.
Sophomore Peyton Smith made four three-pointers and scored 28 points to lead Berryville.
Against Gentry, the Bobcats led 16-7 at the end of the first quarter before the Pioneers rallied to go up 31-25 at haltime.
Smith led Berryville with 23 points while Nagtalon added 12.
Berryville will host Farmington on Tuesday night and Huntsville on Friday night at Bobcat Arena, with homecoming festivities set for Friday night.
