The Berryville Bobcats had six players named to the 4A-1 all-conference team, with five Berryville sophomores earning all-sophomore honors.
Seniors Talon Hill and Zane Gentry were named to the all-conference first team, while senior Lucas Pierce and juniors Anthony Deleon, Decimus Ruiz and Cooper Summers were second-team all-conference picks.
Russell Conard, Andre Esparza, Kobe Garcia, Jerry Lanje and Kale Smith made the 4A-1 all-sophomore team.
“I’ve been telling our seniors from day one, they’re the first big building blocks for this program,” first-year Berryville coach Macklin Chermak said. “Some of them were vocal leaders and others led more by example. They did a good job showing the younger kids how to act right and how to buy in. It was a really good culture- building season.”
