Berryville natives earn promotions at Kings River Title

Posted

Kings River Title is pleased to announce promotions of two Berryville natives.

Brandy Allen, a 1994 Berryville High School graduate who has lived in Berryville since 1989, has been promoted to closer and branch manager of Kings River Title’s Berryville office.

Brandy joined Kings River Title in 2021 after 25 years with Mercy. She began her career in the closing department.

Brandy is married to Russell Allen, also a Berryville graduate, and they have two adult sons, Cody and Colton, and soon to be daughter-in-law Lauren Saab. A member of Grandview Baptist Church, she loves to read and spend time with her family and friends, as well as her two dogs, one cat, and four way-too-tame chickens.

Kristine Crownover is a 1989 graduate of Berryville High School and joined Kings River Title in 2021. Kristine has been promoted to operations manager where her leadership and organizational skills from more than 20 years in teaching in Bentonville Schools have already resulted in positive change at Kings River Title. She manages her time between all three offices, and enjoys working with local clients, realtors and bankers.

Kristine is married to Brian Crownover and has an adult son JD and daughter Megan and soon to be son-in-law Jack Short. Weekends are filled with farm time, lake time and walking their three dogs Trooper, Nahla and Jet.

Kings River Title was started in Berryville in 1935 as Berryville Title & Abstract Company. Under current ownership since 2006, Kings River provides closing and title insurance across Arkansas, with offices in Berryville, Eureka Springs and Fayetteville with more coming soon.
