Berryville cleanup scheduled in May

The City of Berryville will hold its 2025 Spring Clean-Up in May.

Bundled limbs and bagged leaves will be picked up Monday, May 12, and Tuesday, May 13. Limbs must be tied in manageable bundles and leaves must be bagged and placed curbside. Please have them at the curb by 7 a.m. Monday, May 12.

Bulky items will be picked up on Monday and Tuesday, May 5-6, for residents living east of Springfield Street. For example, if your regular trash day is on Thursday, you must set your large items on the curb by 7 a.m. Monday, May 5.

Bulky items will be picked up on Thursday and Friday, May 8-9, for residents living west of Springfield Street. For example, if your regular trash day is on Tuesday, you must set your large items on the curb by 7 a.m. Thursday, May 8.

Only four non-hazardous, large, bulky items will be picked up. Only two of those can be appliances. All refrigeration units must have freon removed and be legally tagged as “removed/ recovered.” If it fits in a 35-gallon trash bag, it will not be picked up. This cleanup is for old furniture, mattresses, appliances, etc. No tires, batteries, scrap metal, electronics or trash will be picked up.

This service is for private residences inside the city limits only — no commercial pickup.

Items must be at the curb by 7 a.m. on the first morning to guarantee pickup. Routes will be run only once.
