Austin Michael Carter of Berryville, Arkansas was born February 11, 1995 in Toledo, Ohio to Troy David Carter and Jennifer Elizabeth Orange. Austin passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2023 in Rogers, Arkansas at the age of 28.

Austin was an amazingly unique soul who had many talents, including his artistic abilities and his passion for skateboarding. He could do anything he put his mind to from running a dozer to intricate wood crafting. He had an irreplaceable sense of humor, a kind loving heart, and was very capable to tackle any challenge he faced. He is the father of two beautiful daughters whom he loved deeply.

He is survived by his father, Troy David Carter of Berryville, Arkansas; mother, Jennifer Lakia and Craig Simpkins of Maumee, Ohio; daughters, Addelyn and Savanah Carter of Holiday Island, Arkansas; brothers, Kyle David Carter of Berryville, Arkansas and Gentry William Carter of Maumee, Ohio; sister, Alayna Kristine Lakia of Maumee, Ohio; paternal grandparents, Roger and Mary Carter of Eureka Springs, Arkansas; maternal grandparents, Michael and Barbar Orange of Toledo, Ohio; Payton Hicks, mother of his two daughters; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Austin is preceded in death by his grandmother, Kristine Orange; grandmother, Julie Orange; and uncle, Daniel Orange.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 2:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m., Saturday, October 14, 2023 at American Legion Post 265, 1105 N Shoop Ave, Wauseon, Ohio 43567.
