Effective Jan. 1, Anstaff Bank has announced the promotion of Don Foster to Market President of Carroll County and Clint Hayes to Market President of Madison County.
Don Foster has more than 10 years of banking experience and worked for 25 years with area poultry producers. He currently serves on the board of the Carroll County Farm Bureau and is very active in the Carroll County agricultural community. Don is married to Barbara and has two children, Olivia Stroud and Audrey Hay and one grandson, Grayson Stroud.
Clint Hayes has more than 14 years of banking experience and has a Business Administration degree from Arkansas Tech University. Clint is very active in the agricultural communities of Boone and Carroll County and now also in Madison County. Clint is married to Whitney and has one child, Harlynn.
Foster and Hayes will succeed Kevin Robertson, Market President of Carroll and Madison, who will be retiring on June 30. Anstaff Bank appreciates Kevin for his commitment and dedicated service to the bank after 43 years of service. Anstaff wishes him a long and healthy retirement.
