Allan Paul McConkey of Beaver, Arkansas was born August 12, 1966, in Washington, DC to Woodland A. and Ruth A. (McCann) Mc-Conkey. Allen was called home Sunday, January 19, 2023, in Branson, Missouri at the age of 56.
Allan was the true de_nition of a man’s man. His passion for hot rods, boats, motorcycles and his work were abundant which he shared with those around him specially his son, Paul Andrew; brother, Stephen and one of many dear friends, Stevie.
Nothing compared to the cherished beginnings of becoming a grandparent, knowing his legacy would carry on with the birth of his _rst grandson, Andrew Tyler. is would be one of the most joyous moments in his life. For Allen to watch his son, Paul, raise his grandsons, Cole, Tyler and Luke Nitro brought more joy to him than anyone could ever describe. As time moved forward, he was also blessed with beautiful granddaughters.
Allen’s life on this earth was not long enough, but his family takes comfort in knowing that he is watching from above with our Lord and Savior.
He is survived by his son, Paul Andrew McConkey and his wife Erin of Huntsville and their sons Cole, Tyler, Luke Nitro; his _ ancé, Bobby Bean; step- daughters, Sydnee Carlson and Khelsa Murry and husband Alex of Missouri and their daughters Frankie, Marion, Winnie; mother, Ruth A. McConkey; brothers, Jimmy of Brains Road, Maryland, Stephen McConkey of Eagle Rock, Missouri; sisters, eresa of Lusby, Maryland, Katrina of Pittsboro, North Carolina; nieces, Dakota and Azara; nephews, Seth Corbin and the many special people whose hearts he touched.
He is preceded in death by his father, Woodland A. Mc-Conkey.
Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m., Friday, March 10, 2023, at Nelson’s Chapel of the Springs. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 11, 2023, at St. Elizabeth in Eureka Springs with Father Joseph Archibong o iating.
