The 36th annual Berryville Ice Cream Social on the newly renovated downtown square in Berryville drew quite the crowd, as visitors were treated to numerous vendors, plenty of food options, live music, and, of course, some tasty frozen treats. Berryville Mayor Tim McKinney (center) on Friday cuts a ribbon held by city council member Linda Riddlesperger (right) and Rick Smith, who built the new gazebo on the square, during a dedication ceremony. McKinney was also joined by council members Max Nichols (second from left) and Ashley Sharp, along with electrician Jeff Davis and members of the city’s Parks and Public Works departments, who did much of the work on the square.
