Thank you

Tuesday, January 25, 2022

From the family of Ricky Wheatley, we want to thank everyone that has been with us during this difficult time.

Thank you to all of our friends and extended family.

Thank you to our church families at Rudd Baptist Church & Osage Baptist Church.

We appreciate all the love, prayers and support over the years, and especially these past few weeks.

Thank you to our family at South Carroll County Fire Department.

The fire department has been part of our family for the past 35 years. What an amazing show of appreciation and love the fire department gave to Ricky at the funeral and taking him to the cemetery.

Thank you to our fellow farming families in the community.

Thank you for all the support, love and prayers that our fellow farm families have given to us in our time of need.

Offers of helping with our chores, and anything else we may we need.

Thank you to our employers for all their understanding and patience when Ricky was sick, and after he passed away.

Our employers are in Berryville-Carroll County Solid Waste District, and in Harrison-Neighbor’s Mill and NARMC EMS department.

A very special thank you to our pastor at Rudd Baptist Church, Greg Lentz. We want to thank him so much for all he has done for our family. He has been by our side through it all.

Thank you to Nelson Funeral Home, especially Bobby Thurman and Nancy High. The funeral home did an exceptional job taking care of our family at our time of loss, and at the funeral- making sure all of our requests were carried out.

Thank you to Arkansas Hospice of Berryville and the nurse Wendy, for getting things set up so quickly so we could bring Ricky home and he would be comfortable — especially on Christmas Eve.

Most importantly, I want to thank God for His strength, comfort and peace. Even though our plans were not in His plan, we know that God is in control, and He has His reasons for every single thing.

Thank you,

Cathy Wheatley and family
