A list of incident reports from the Eureka Springs Police Department:

Nov. 29

• 11:40 a..m. — Officers responded to a reported domestic dispute and found that the subjects had left prior to arrival.

• 12:39 p.m. — Officers received a report of a large box truck stuck in the roadway, responded and helped the vehicle out of the roadway.

Dec. 2

• 6:59 a.m. — Officers received a report of a mailbox that was hit by a vehicle, responded and no report was needed.

• 10:30 a.m. — Officers received a report of a gas leak, responded and turned the scene over to the fire department and gas company.

• 1:14 p.m. — Officers searched for but couldn’t locate a reported reckless driver.

• 5:25 p.m. — An officer responded to reported loud music and advised everything was within the limits.

• 7:24 p.m. — An officer attempted to call someone about reported harassment but couldn’t make contact.

• 8:35 p.m. — A wanted subject was placed under arrest.

Dec. 3

• 4:32 p.m. — An officer responded to reported criminal mischief and filed a report.

• 6:28 p.m. — An officer responded to a nuisance complaint, checked the area and couldn’t locate anything.

• 6:30 p.m. — An officer responded to a reported suspicious subject and did not file a report at the time.

• 7:23 p.m. — An officer responded to an accident and filed a report.

• 7:25 p.m. — An officer responded to provide traffic assistance.

• 9:15 p.m. — An officer responded to a disturbance, arrested a subject and filed a report.

Dec. 4

• 3:41 p.m. — An officer responded to a reported traffic hazard but couldn’t locate the hazard.

Dec. 5

• 7:03 a.m. — Officers filed a report on a two-vehicle accident involving a vehicle fire.

• 8:50 a.m. — Officers responded to a reported problem, made contact and turned the scene over to emergency medical responders.

• 9:32 a.m. — Officers made contact with a reported suspicious subject.

• 10:12 a.m. — Officers responded to a disturbance, filed a report and arrested two subjects.
