May 10

• Holly Lynn Jackson, 28, Berryville, was booked on failure to appear on driving on a suspended license.

• John Joseph Ledkins, 36, Green Forest, was booked on failure to appear on possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Keith Edward Palmer III, 35, Gassville, was booked on third-degree domestic battery and third-degree endangering the welfare of a minor.

• Jeremy Allen Schilling, 36, Green Forest, was booked on failure to appear on theft of property.

• Daisha Roshelle Toscano, 38, Oak Grove, was booked on first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor.

• Mario Javier Toscano, 53, Green Forest, was booked on aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, resisting arrest, obstructing government operations and third-degree assault.

• David Heath Wilhite, 38, Eureka Springs, was booked on failure to appear on no proof of liability insurance, failure to appear on driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license, failure to appear on no tail lights and hold for Boone County on failure to appear.

• Allison Marie Woodard, 37, Eureka Springs, was booked on third-degree domestic battery and third-degree endangering the welfare of a minor.

• Carson John Yates, 22, Berryville, was booked on revocation on second-degree forgery/aggravated assault and hold for Madison County on failure to appear.

• Travis Wilson Yates, 23, Berryville, was booked on possession of a controlled substance, obstructing governmental operations and failure to appear on obstructing governmental operations and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Patricia Delane Davis, 40, Berryville, was booked on fleeing and hold for Benton County on failure to appear.

• Stephanie Rose Fletcher, 31, Eureka Springs, was booked on driving on a suspended driver’s license.

• Adam William Lowry, 34, Kirbyville, Mo., was booked on failure to appear on possession of a controlled substance/possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Travis Timothy Trustin, 53, Eureka Springs, was booked on failure to appear on violation of a protection order

• Tyrone Nathan Turner, 39, Berryville, was booked on failure to appear on driving on a suspended driver’s license and failure to complete 30-day court commitment.

• Sony Jason Weathereal, 40, Berryville, was booked on white warrant.

May 12

• Joanna Guadalupe Buck, 28, Green Forest, was booked on possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass.

• Jeremy Allan Chapman, 38, Eureka Springs, was booked on violation of a protection order and refusal to submit to arrest.

• Jose Luis Escobar, 24, Berryville, was booked on contempt of court on DWI, 11-day court commitment and failure to appear on driving on a suspended driver’s license due to DWI.

• Danielle Marie Krauth, 21, Golden, Mo., was booked on failure to appear and bond surrender.

• Britt M. Lockman, 35, Holiday Island, was booked on first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, reckless driving, defective equipment and hold for Madison County on second-degree battery.

• Daniel Channon Redus, 50, Oak Grove, was booked on possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), driving on an expired driver’s license and no proof of liability insurance.

• Noe Ket, 25, Green Forest, was booked on no driver’s license, failure to pay registration, no liability insurance, fleeing, furnishing of prohibited articles, possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear on possession of a controlled substance.
