Connect 4 Career Placement Day Green Forest High School

Green Forest High School seniors and Connect 4 students (seated, from left) Franklin Lopez and Lilo Castillo received letters of intent to hire from Tyson Foods and Campco, respectively, during a Career Placement Signing Day ceremony for graduates of the program on Thursday, May 6, 2021, at the Carroll County Career Center in Berryville. Joining them for the ceremony were (back, from left) Mike Armstrong and Aric Palmer of Tyson, Green Forest School District superintendent Matt Summers and Gary Campbell and Nona Salinas of Campco. The Connect 4 program offers junior and senior students from the Berryville, Eureka Springs and Green Forest school districts the opportunity to pursue a technical education during the school day, with an eye toward industrial maintenance, machining, welding, robotics and electrical work.
