Lady Bobcats experience power surge

The Berryville Lady Bobcats lost three softball games last week, but that doesnít mean they didnít have some nice moments.

Berryville lost 17-1 to Farmington on Tuesday, April 13, then lost to Gentry 11-7 on Thursday before a 13-3 loss on Saturday to Rogers Heritage.

LoraGrace Hill and Macie Roy each had three hits in the loss to Gentry, including a two-run home run in the bottom of the seventh for Hill, who finished with three runs batted in.

Faith Kelley provided a big highlight for the Lady Bobcats with a grand slam in the bottom of the sixth inning.

Hill kept up her power surge in the loss to Heritage with a pair of home runs ó solo shots in the third and fifth innings.

Kelley also had two hits for the Lady Bobcats.

Berryville played at West Fork on Monday, then will host West Fork on Tuesday for Senior Night. The Lady Bobcats will play at Pea Ridge on Thursday before hosting Elkins on Friday.
