This week’s Pet of the Week is a long-term foster kitty. Harry Katter has been patiently staying at his foster home, waiting on his forever family. Harry has FIV, which doesn’t keep him from living a healthy, full life but may require a little extra care later on. Many kitties live long, full lives with FIV and it is only spread through deep bites from fights, something rare in fixed cats. Harry is very friendly and has a great, loving personality. If you would like to adopt Harry, please call 479-253-9188 so Good Shepherd can make arrangements with the foster home for you to meet him. Other kitties and dogs are on view at the Good Shepherd Humane Society Adoption Center on Highway 62. The center is open every day from noon until 5 p.m.
