Residents urged to review voter registration information

Tuesday, September 18, 2018

As the Nov. 6 general election draws closer, Carroll County election coordinator Sherry Cochrane is urging county residents to review their voter registration information.

Residents who are not registered voters still have time to register before the election, but must do so by the close of business on Tuesday, Oct. 9.

“Please remind everyone to update their voter registration information if they have moved or changed their name before election day as this really makes the voting process quicker and more efficient,” Cochrane said in an email.

Voters can register at the Carroll County Clerk’s Office in Berryville or Eureka Springs. The Berryville office, located at 210 W. Church St., inside the Eastern District Courthouse, is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Eureka Springs Office is located in the Western District Courthouse at 44 S. Main St. and is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
