Spring snowstorm March 2013

Friday, March 22, 2013

A snowstorm on the second day of Spring Thursday dumped 3.5 inches of the white stuff on Eureka Springs and about 2.5 inches on the eastern side of the county near Berryville, according to meteorologists at Weather.com. No serious accidents had been reported as of press time late Thursday, but beautiful scenes like this one at the entrance to Eureka Springs Cemetery were common.

Susan Reece's dark hair showed off the giant-size snowflake work of Mother Nature.
