Margo the Clown was spreading joy across the world, one child at a time during Saturday's ArtRageous parade in Eureka Springs. The parade was washed out on May 2, but the rain held off long enough for the rescheduled affair to wend its way down Spring Street to the delight of a large crowd of onlookers. Photo by Chip Ford
