12:19 a.m. - People found sleeping in their vehicle at Main and Magnetic were told to move on.
1:55 a.m. - Security at Basin Park Hotel requested assistance regarding a verbal argument. No report was required.
2:34 a.m. - An officer went to Twins Food Mart to follow up on an incident that took place the night before.
7:56 a.m. - An officer took a report of a one-vehicle accident at the intersection of Ark. Hwy. 23 South and U.S. Hwy 62.
8:20 a.m. - A caller reported finding mail in the parking lot of Inn of the Ozarks.
9:20 a.m. - A woman on Mill Hollow Road reported that someone was hiding in the woods taking pictures. The subject was gone when police arrived on the scene.
11:15 a.m. - A caller reported damage to a room at Thurman s Lodge, and a report was taken.
9:27 p.m. - A caller reported a number of men gathered behind McDonald s. Investigation found that they were dealing with a car which had broken down.
10:12 p.m. - A caller at Caribe reported the theft of mail.
10:43 p.m. - A caller at Grand Central Hotel requested extra patrol for vandalism.
No calls were received.
8:44 a.m. - A caller at Eureka Springs High School requested officer assistance to remove a student who was suspended and expelled.
2:16 p.m. - A caller reported an escalating verbal disturbance at a Spring Street address.
8:11 a.m. - A caller on Elk Street complained pf trees being cut. An officer checked with the building inspector and tree service and determined that all permits were in order.
9:32 a.m. - A caller at Nelson s Leather reported an altercation taking place. A report was made.
10:19 a.m. - A caller in the Eureka Springs area reported the theft of a cell phone and time used on it.
11:19 a.m. - Four officers responded to a request for officers to make contact with a mother at a Benton Street address who left court in Berryville with children that were to be put into the custody of the Department of Human Services. The mother returned to court with the children.
5:44 p.m. - A caller at U.S. Hwy. 62 and Valley View reported items which were missing and possibly stolen.
7:35 p.m. - A wanted person in the Valley View area was apprehended and taken in to custody.
6:55 p.m. - Deer with a broken leg reported roaming on Emporia Street. Gone upon arrival.
7:09 p.m. - Speed bump on Pine Street reported loose. Officer moved it to the side of the street and called city for repair.
9:48 p.m. - A person wanted by Washington County authorities was arrested in front of courthouse.
5:05 a.m. - Officer dispatched to investigate report of an altercation at convenience store on U.S. Hwy. 62. Female advised that nothing had happened.
2:36 a.m. - Officer arrested subject in front of the courthouse for public intoxication.
10:16 a.m. - A complaint of noise at a Spring Street address found a band that had struck it up too early.
9:59 a.m. - A dog was running loose on Mountain Street. Officers captured the dog and took it to the pound.
11:59 a.m. - Officers responded to complaint of harassing communications at a residence on Ridgeview. Two women had been yelling at one another. Report was taken.
11:06 p.m. - Officers were told to be on the lookout for a vehicle possibly driven by an intoxicated person on Ark. Hwy. 23 S. Unable to locate the vehicle.
11:35 p.m. - Routine traffic stop of a suspicious vehicle at the courthouse resulted in arrest
2:07 a.m. - Report received of an intoxicated person at a downtown hotel. Subject was found in front of the hotel and advised to return to his room for the night.
2:37 a.m. - A subject was found sleeping in his car at an upper Spring Street hotel. Subject was advised to move on.
3:14 a.m. - Report of an intoxicated person at the courthouse resulted in officer dvising the subject to go to his room for the night.
4:39 a.m. - Officer assisted Carroll County Sheriff s Office with a disturbance call at cabins on U.S. Hwy. 62.
9:30 a.m. - Report taken of a vehicle blocking Lightning Ridge Road. Vehicle gone upon arrival.
9:35 a.m. - Report taken of a low-hanging wire across highway on U.S. Hwy 62 near Bubba s. Utility company notified.
10:16 a.m. - Report received of a intoxicated person at business on U.S. Hwy. 62 E. Upon arrival, store manager told officer he wanted to allow the temp worker to sit in truck and sober up.
12:10 p.m. - Complaint of barking dog received on College Street. Officer contacted owner, who said would put dog inside.
12:12 p.m. - Motel owner on U.S. Hwy. 62 reported criminal mischief in the form of damage to the swimming pool by a guest. Guest agreed to have damages charged to credit card.
4:40 p.m. - Extra patrol requested along Kingshighway because of suspicious persons seen drinking a lot.
9:03 p.m. - Downtown hotel reported that two guests had been chased by a large black dog. Dog was gone upon arrival.
7:17 a.m. - Report taken from a residence that medication had been stolen from a purse.
