One of the highlights of the annual Carroll County Livestock Show is the premium sale, which was held Saturday morning at the Carroll County Fairgrounds Arena. Winners in each division posed with Miss Carroll County 2019 Kourtney Granger and Junior Miss Carroll County 2019 Faith Kelley.
