Casey named executive VP, chief administrative officer for CS Bank

Charlie Cross, chief executive officer for CS Bank, has announced the promotion of the bank’s chief financial officer, Melissa Casey, to the title of executive vice president/chief administrative officer at the local bank. Casey will retain her title of chief financial officer in addition to her new role with CS Bank.

The program will again provide two annual scholarships of $1,000 each to be awarded to deserving Carroll County graduating high school seniors seeking degrees or advanced training in a healthcare-related field. This includes all Carroll County schools and home schoolers.
