This listing includes individuals who have been booked into the Carroll County Detention Center. Charges may be reduced or dropped, and individuals are presumed innocent until being found guilty. As of Monday, Nov. 8, a total of 75 inmates were being housed in the detention center.

Nov. 1

• Buddy Ray Bunch, 50, Green Forest, was booked on third-degree domestic battery, contempt of court, bond surrender on possession of meth, bond surrender on failure to appear on possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear on possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear on no liability insurance and white warrant.

• Jerilyn Rose Dean, 34, Holiday Island, was booked on failure to appear on driving on a suspended driver’s license.

• David Scott Phillips, 30, Alpena, was booked on criminal trespass.

• Maria Luz Rincon, 33, Eureka Springs, was booked on failure to appear on contempt of court.

• Jennifer Ilana Thompson, 28, Berryville, was booked on driving while intoxicated.

Nov. 2

• Christina Marie Austin, 33, Springfield, was booked on possession of drug paraphernalia and defective equipment.

• Morgan Rachelle Fraine, 24, Eureka Springs, was booked on breaking or entering and failure to appear on fraudulent use of a credit card.

• Jesse Ryan Scroggins, 25, Berryville, was booked on failure to appear on violation of a no-contact order.

• Jessica Kay Badley, 27, Green Forest, was booked on failure to appear on speeding and hold for Boone County.

• Gerardo Jose Diaz, 18, Springdale, was booked on failure to appear on auxiliary lighting.

• Alan Ralph Fitzhugh, 35, Harrison, was booked on failure to comply with terms of probation or parole and hold for Boone County.

• Jose Antonio Gonzalez, 28, Green Forest, was booked on failure to appear on traffic offenses, failure to appear on failure to pay fines and bond surrender on failure to appear on driving while intoxicated.

• Vanessa Nicole Jetton, 36, Alpena, was booked on possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, defective equipment and failure to submit to arrest.

• Stephen Erich Nichols, 50, Eureka Springs, was booked on failure to appear on driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license.

• Michael Eldon Sexton, 35, Holiday Island, was booked on failure to appear on driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license.

• Kristen Nichole Wright, 30, Green Forest, was booked on failure to appear on no liability insurance.

• Jason Dean Asbury, 33, Berryville, was booked on possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while intoxicated and no proof of liability insurance.

• Nicole Marie Decker, 39, Blue Eye, was booked on driving while intoxicated and driving left of center.

• Daniel Edward Escoto, 45, Las Vegas, was booked on failure to pay on driving while intoxicated and contempt of court.

• Jason Hartley Helm, 35, Green Forest, was booked on court appearance.

• Mark Stephen Howerton, 54, Berryville, was booked on court appearance.

• Jonathan William Madison, 28, Clarksville, was booked on Act 309.

• Travis Timothy Trustin, 53, Berryville, was booked on revocation on aggravated assault on a family or household member.

• Aaron Damon Williams, 36, Lampe, Mo., was booked on obstruction of government operations, failure to appear on possession of an open container and hold for Stone County Sheriff’s Office.

• Marshall Allen Williams, 19, Alpena, was booked on theft by receiving, fictitious vehicle license, no driver’s license, no seat belt, no proof of liability insurance, improper U-turn, altering engine or other number and obstruction of government operations.

• Nathaniel Charles Young, 31, Green Forest, was booked on revocation on possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• James Patrick Grissette, 23, Arkoma, Okla., was booked on hold for Bentonville PD and failure to appear on speeding.

• Nicholas Bo Spencer, 35, Berryville, was booked on failure to appear on driving on a suspended driver’s license and revocation on possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a minor.

• Dustin Lee Thomas, 31, Huntsville, was booked on contempt for failure to complete court commitment.

• Phillip Daniel Thomas, 45, Eureka Springs, was booked on court commitment.

• Gregory James Yingst, 31, Admire, Kan., was booked on hold for Johnson County, Kan.

• Isabella Marie Bishop, 22, Berryville, was booked on driving while intoxicated-drugs, failure to submit to arrest, and no driver’s license.

• Morgan Clark-Alvarado, 20, Rogers, was booked on aggravated assault and possession of a controlled substance.

• Michael Anthoney Desmond, 47, Berryville, was booked on fleeing, driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license, operation of a vehicle without a license plate and failure to appear on driving on a suspended driver’s license.

• Corey Dean Hunt, 25, Green Forest, was booked on public intoxication.

• James Robert Kiluwe Sr., 52, Green Forest, was booked on driving on a suspended driver’s license due to DWI, obstruction of government operations, speeding, no proof of liability insurance and failure to appear on speeding and driving on a suspended driver’s license.

Nov. 7

• Janelle Dawn Lawrence, 37, Berryville, was booked on possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear on first-degree criminal mischief.
