A list of incident reports from the Eureka Springs Police Department:

Oct. 12

• 8:55 a.m. — An officer received a report of a vehicle blocking the roadway, responded and the vehicle was towed.

• 9:05 a.m. — An officer received a report of an elderly subject that was unresponsive and not breathing. A report was taken and the coroner was advised of the situation.

• 3 p.m. — An officer responded to a report of loose dogs but couldn’t locate anything.

• 3:50 p.m. — An officer responded to a reported suspicious person, checked the area and did not locate anything.

• 8:43 p.m. — Officers responded to a reported alarm, checked the business and all was secure.

Oct. 13

• 2:11 p.m. — An officer responded to a reported reckless driver, checked the area but couldn’t find anything.

• 7:30 p.m. — An officer responded to a reported welfare concern but couldn’t locate anything.

• 8:06 p.m. — Officers responded to a reported reckless driver, located the vehicle and it was fine.

Oct. 14

• 11:26 a.m. — An officer received a report of a subject that needed to be removed from an area, responded and removed the subject.

• 1:03 p.m. — An officer received a report of a subject acting suspicious and possibly under the influence of something in the parking lot of a hotel, located the subject and made sure they were transported by EMS.

• 1:48 p.m. — An officer received a report on a possible hit and run, responded and found no vehicle damaged or report needed.

• 7 p.m. — An officer responded to a reported suspicious person, made contact and all was fine.

Oct. 15

• 3:23 p.m. — An officer responded to an accident and filed a report.

Oct. 17

• 9:48 a.m. — An officer received a report of a two-vehicle accident and filed a report.

• 1:09 p.m. — An officer filed a report on theft.

• 2:27 p.m. — An officer received a report of a possible motorcycle accident and arrived on the scene to find there was no accident and the subject left prior to arrival. No report was needed.

• 3:30 p.m. — An officer received a report of a subject found unresponsive and not breathing, responded and turned the subject over to the coroner.

• 4:27 p.m. — An officer received a report of subjects playing loud music, checked the area and couldn’t locate anything.
