The event is sponsored by the Green Forest Chamber of Commerce to celebrate and honor local farmers.
Entertainment this year will be bluegrass music on Friday and big-band music on Saturday highlighted by the Branson Baldknobbers Show on Saturday afternoon.
Activities will include a horseshoe pitching tournament with added money and a livestock show featuring meat goats, sheep and cattle with added money. Registration is still available.
There will be a free chicken supper on Friday evening sponsored by Tyson Foods and a free Saturday noon barbecue and watermelon feed courtesy of the Chamber of Commerce.
Expect lots of farm equipment displays, new trucks, new cars and stock trailers. Also included in the event will be the ever-popular Mennonite Bake Sale and a host of other commercial exhibits and arts and crafts as well as working stock dog demonstrations.
Hours will be from noon until approximately 6 p.m. on Friday and from 10 a.m. until approximately 6 p.m. on Saturday.
Commercial exhibit space and arts and crafts and nonprofit booths are still available. You may use your pop-up or set up in the big tent.
