A list of incident reports from the Eureka Springs Police Department:

March 15

• 2:08 p.m. — An officer made contact with employees at a hotel after a semi-truck they were unloading blocked traffic on Main Street. They were advised they needed people working traffic control on Main Street as well as the side streets.

• 2:32 p.m. — A caller requested to speak to an officer for reported suspicious activity that had been occurring since a disturbance incident the week before. An officer spoke with the caller and advised that the property would be put on the patrol list.

• 3:54 p.m. — A caller reported a musician i the park using an amplifier with his instruments. An officer responded to the park to speak with the individual and notified him that amplified music was not allowed in the park or in public spaces without permits. The musicians packed up his instruments for the day and left the park.

• 3:56 p.m. — A caller requested to speak with an officer to get a protection order.

• 5:18 p.m. — An off-duty officer reported a truck and trailer blocking the traffic lane on West Van Buren by a structure fire site. An officer responded and helped with traffic control.

• 5:40 p.m. — An officer helped a subject file a report on an incident at a rehab facility.

• 9:44 p.m. — A security company called in a commercial alarm at a local restaurant. Officers responded and spoke with the building owner. All was well.

• 10:46 p.m. — Officers responded to a local nursing facility for a report of two subjects trespassing and banging on windows and doors.

March 16

• 1:43 a.m. — An officer responded to a local business for a burglary alarm. The building was secure.

• 10:19 a.m. — An officer responded for a welfare check at a local hotel. All parties were fine and no report was needed.

• 3:52 p.m. — An officer responded to Highway 62 for a reported stalled bus. The bus was gone on arrival.

• 5:04 p.m. — An officer responded to Spring Street for reported loud music, made contact with the musician and the music quieted down.

• 5:37 p.m. — An officer responded to a local hotel for a 911 hangup but could not locate anything.

March 17

• 12:21 a.m. — A subject was arrested on a felony parole violation for a warrant out of Tennessee after a traffic stop.

• 11:30 a.m. — An officer responded to assist EMS with an unruly patient.

• 1:15 p.m. — Officers responded to the hospital to help the staff calm down an irate patient. No report was needed.

• 8:46 p.m. — An officer responded to the hospital to help with a patient. No report was needed.

• 9:02 p.m. — An officer responded to a local motel for reported loud music.

March 18

• 2:25 p.m. — An officer responded to a welfare concern, made contact and all was well.

• 3:11 p.m. — An officer responded to a local business for a reported theft and filed a report.

• 3:44 p.m. — An officer responded to a 911 hangup and all was well.

• 4:45 p.m. — An officer responded to a report of an erratic driver but couldn't locate anything.

• 5:14 p.m. — An officer responded to a residence for a welfare concern, made contact and all was well.

• 10:11 p.m. — Officers responded to an area bar downtown for a customer that was yelling profanities at others. The individual was gone on arrival.

• 10:29 p.m. — Officers responded to a convenience store for a burglary alarm. The building was secure.

• 10:43 p.m. — Officers responded to a domestic dispute at an area hotel, spoke with both parties involved and learned it was a verbal disagreement over some personal property.

March 19

• 12:54 a.m. — Officers responded to a local rehab facility to help EMS with a suicidal patient.

• 1:07 a.m. — Officers responded to a domestic dispute.

• 3 p.m. — An officer responded to a reported suspicious person and advised that the subject was gone on arrival.

• 4:18 p.m. — An officer responded to a reported parking issue and checked the vehicles. No citation was given.

• 6:05 p.m. — An officer responded to a local mobile home park for a reported abandoned vehicle and advised the vehicle would be towed.

• 7:44 p.m. — Officers responded for a reported missing subject, located the subject and all was well.

• 8:18 p.m. — An officer responded to a local residence for reported threats and filed a report.

• 9:27 p.m. — An officer filed a report on theft.

• 10:04 p.m. — Officers responded to a reported drunk driver and a subject was arrested on a warrant out of Texas.

• 11:11 p.m. — An officer responded to upper Spring Street for reported loud music and spoke with the musician who advised they were packing up for the night.

March 20

• 1:59 p.m. — An officer filed a report on a traffic accident that occurred at the transit office.

• 2 p.m. — Officers responded to a report of a child locked in a vehicle and all was well.

• 2:11 p.m. — Officers responded for a reported parking issue and advised it was private property.

• 3:38 p.m. — An officer responded to a report of theft and couldn't locate the caller. No report was filed.

• 4:06 p.m. — Officers responded to a local resident to assist a bail bondsman.

• 4:30 p.m. — Officers responded for a report of a suspicious person.

• 4:52 p.m. — Officers responded for a reported wanted person, located the subject and arrested them.

• 8:41 p.m. — Officers responded to Main Street for a vehicle that was parked in the loading zone for more than 10 hours and red tagged the vehicle.

March 21

• 2:17 a.m. — A subject was arrested for battery in the second degree, fleeing on foot, public intoxication and aggravated insult on an officer after an altercation on North Main Street.

• 4:28 a.m. — An officer responded for a reported trespasser and checked the area. All was secure.

• 4:34 a.m. — An officer secured a building after an alarm.

• 5:50 a.m. — An alarm company called in a motion alarm at a local business and an officer checked the building. There was nothing suspicious.

• 8:43 a.m. — A motel owner requested to speak with an officer for a report of theft of outdoor lighting equipment. An officer responded to review the video and take statements for a report.

• 5:23 p.m. — An officer responded to a parking lot on North Main Street for a vehicle that had its door open and no one around. The door was secured.

• 9:36 p.m. — Officers responded to a local business for a burglary alarm and secured the building.
