A list of incident reports from the Eureka Springs Police Department:

Jan. 18

• 2:54 p.m. — An officer spoke with a subject in reference to a civil issue.

• 2:58 p.m. — An officer responded to a reported traffic problem, assisted the driver and all was fine.

• 6:19 p.m. — Officers responded to a report of theft.

• 6:36 p.m. — Officers responded to a reported welfare concern and assisted the Carroll County Sheriff's Office and EMS. No report was needed.

• 8:32 p.m. — A subject was arrested for outstanding warrants after a traffic stop.

Jan. 19

• 11:15 a.m. — An officer filed a report on theft.

• 12:07 p.m. — Officers responded to a local business for a reported disturbance and all parties were separated. No report was needed.

• 4:26 p.m. — Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at the old Exxon station.

• 5:03 p.m. — An officer spoke with a subject regarding an incident over the phone.

• 5:15 p.m. — An officer responded to a cafe's parking lot regarding individuals that are screaming. The officer spoke with the subjects and cleared the area.

• 5:54 p.m. — An officer responded to a reported abandoned vehicle and left a notice on the vehicle.

• 7:26 p.m. — An officer responded to a business for reported suspicious activity and did not find anything.

• 7:32 p.m. — All units received information regarding a stolen vehicle.

• 8:49 p.m. — Officers responded to a two-vehicle accident.

Jan. 20

• 9:30 a.m. — An officer arrested a subject for driving on a suspended license, driving under the influence and outstanding warrant after a traffic stop.

• 1:17 p.m. — An officer noticed a wanted person outside a local business and arrested the subject on warrant.

• 1:20 p.m. — An officer responded to a local residence for a report of illegal burning and spoke with the individual.

• 2:16 p.m. — Officers responded to Grand Ave. and the train station for a truck and trailer that was blocking the road. Officers assisted the motorist and the roadway was cleared.

Jan. 21

• 11:49 a.m. — A subject was arrested for driving on a suspended license and no trailer tag after an officer responded to a report of reckless driving.

• 11:52 a.m. — A caller requested an officer to check on someone cutting down a tree without a permit. A code enforcement officer responded and saw that the trees were being trimmed, not cut down.

• 3:38 p.m. — A subject was arrested for criminal trespass.

• 6:09 p.m. — Officers responded to a truck that was reportedly driving on the opposed side of the road, made contact with the driver and all was well.

• 6:13 p.m. — An officer spoke with a caller about harassment. No report was needed.

• 6:47 p.m. — All units received information for a welfare check. Shortly after the information was given, the BOLO for the welfare check was canceled.

Jan. 22

• 1:40 a.m. — An officer responded to a business for a burglary alarm and found the building was secure.

• 4:31 p.m. — An officer responded to Gaskin Switch for a civil matter.

• 6:01 p.m. — An officer responded to a three-vehicle accident on Highway 62 West.

• 8:18 p.m. — An officer responded to a business for a subject that reportedly refused to leave.

• 9:08 p.m. — A subject was arrested on warrant after a traffic stop.

• 11:05 p.m. — An officer responded to a local motel for a small grass fire next to the dumpster.

Jan. 23

• 1:21 a.m. — Officers responded to assist a Carroll County Sheriff's Office deputy with a foot pursuit and apprehended the subject.

• 3:31 a.m. — An officer responded to a report of an intoxicated driver, and a subject was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.

• 4:45 a.m. — An officer responded to a local business for a burglary alarm.

• 7:32 a.m. — An officer responded to a report of criminal mischief.

• 9:15 a.m. — An officer located an abandoned vehicle and the vehicle was towed.

• 9:35 a.m. — An officer responded to assist with a structure fire. No report was needed and the fire was contained.

• 10:25 a.m. — An officer responded to a request for civil assistance.

• 3:16 p.m. — An officer filed a report on criminal mischief.

• 4:44 p.m. — Officers responded to Flint Street for a welfare check and all was well.

• 9:27 p.m. — An officer responded to the Benton County Detention Center to pick up a subject wanted for a Eureka Springs warrant.

• 10:41 p.m. — Officers responded to a local motel for a vehicle vs. tree accident.

• 10:59 p.m. — Officers responded to a report of a commercial grill that fell off a trailer causing a roadway hazard. The roadway was cleared.

• 11:43 p.m. — Officers responded to a local hotel for a noise complaint.

Jan. 24

• 12:23 a.m. — Officers responded to a local business for a burglary alarm and secured the building.

• 12:24 a.m. — Officers responded to a local hotel to stand by, as the night manager needed to move a guest out of a damaged room.

• 10:40 a.m. — Multiple callers reported an older gentleman on a power chair scooter traveling south in the north-bound lane on Highway 23 near the north city limits. An officer made contact with the subject who advised he was looking for a lost dog in the area.

• 2:04 p.m. — Officers responded to assist traffic.

• 3:44 p.m. — Officers responded to a report of a suspicious person and all was well.

• 7:38 p.m. — Officers searched for but could not locate a reported erratic driver.

• 11:13 p.m. — Officers responded to a local business for a burglary alarm and secured the building.
