Jackson elected as sorority president

Mary-Kennedy Jackson, a Berryville High School graduate who is now a junior at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, was elected president of the Sigma Kappa Sorority for 2021 on Tuesday, Nov. 10.

Jackson is seeking a degree in psychology†and plans to attend the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville following the family legacy of her father, Circuit† Judge Scott Jackson, and grandfather Judge Paul Jackson.†

Jackson has maintained an academic scholarship at UCA as well as making the Deanís†List and working part time.†

She recently served as recruitment chairwoman during the fall 2020 recruitment period.
