This listing includes individuals who are booked into the Carroll County Detention Center. Charges may be reduced or dropped, and individuals are presumed innocent until being found guilty in court. As of Monday, Nov. 9, a total of 101 inmates were being housed in the detention center.

Nov. 2

• Kenji Hensene, 53, Berryville, was booked on public intoxication.

• Westley Wayne Holman, 33, Berryville, was booked on driving on suspended license.

• Edward Maximiliano Jimenez, 21, Green Forest, was booked on assault on a family or household member in the third degree.

• Larry Dean Stewart, 58, Berryville, was booked on forgery in the first degree.

Nov. 3

• Jackson Holland Jr., 26, Berryville, was booked on public intoxication.

• Heather Diane Welch, 48, Eureka Springs, was booked on driving on suspended license due to driving while intoxicated, possession of an open container and no liability insurance.

Nov. 4

• Golden Jewel Bricker, 32, Green Forest, was booked on possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and revocation on possession of a controlled substance.

• Charles Wayne Evans, 55, Holiday Island, was booked on driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, no proof of liability insurance, careless and prohibited driving, possession of an open container in the vehicle and failure to yield or stop at a sign.

• Virginia Faye Gage, 45, Omaha, was booked on failure to appear on possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Roberta Ruth Keith, 51, Green Forest, was booked on possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and no tail light.

• Jeremiah Alexander Kuriatnyk, 41, Holiday Island, was booked on driving on suspended license due to driving while intoxicated, careless and prohibited driving and no proof of liability insurance.

Nov. 5

• Zachariah Joshua Brookover, 24, Huntsville, was booked on failure to appear on fictitious vehicle license.

• Michael Blaine Falk, 23, Berryville, was booked on driving while intoxicated and careless and prohibited driving.

• Victor Truman McCarver, 68, Omaha, was booked on possession of a controlled substance and driving on suspended driver’s license due to driving while intoxicated.

• Marcus Lee Miller, 30, Harrison, was booked on no driver’s license, careless and prohibited driving and no liability insurance.

• Walter Jason Ward, 47, Long Beach, Miss., was booked on absconding.

• Jaden Edward West, 19, Huntsville, was booked on failure to appear on speeding and no insurance.

Nov. 6

• Jeffery Keith Armer, 40, Alpena, was booked on court appearance, failure to appear on failure to register as a sex offender and possession of a firearm.

• Ashley Lynn Crawford, 35, Harrison, was booked on speeding, driving on suspended driver’s license due to driving while intoxicated and no liability insurance.

• Bradley Kurt Cruz, 20, Berryville, was booked on reckless driving and driving on suspended driver’s license due to DWI.

• Daniel Ray Lear, 43, Oak Grove, was booked on failure to appear on original charge of failure to pay and failure to pay time pay balance.

• Robert Wayne Rosson, 55, Eureka Springs, was booked on revocation on possession of a controlled substance.

• Curtis Patrick Tigges, 57, Berryville, was booked on two-day court commitment.

Nov. 7

• Colton Tyler Ames, 24, Hindsville, was booked on driving on suspended license due to DWI and no proof of liability insurance.

• Drew Ryan Bates, 33, Eureka Springs, was booked on two-day court commitment.

• Chandler Reed Conine, 24, Green Forest, was booked on driving on suspended license.

Nov. 8

• Jerwin Abon, 20, Berryville, was booked on minor in possession, shoplifting and revocation on burglary and theft.

• Whitney Emmons-Ford, 31, Broken Arrow, Okla., was booked on driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to chemical test and careless driving.

• Brian Keith Strickland, 49, Herndon, Va., was booked on domestic battery in the third degree.

• Kylia Lynn Wilson, 21, Berryville, was booked on fraudulent use of credit card, failure to appear on criminal mischief in the first degree and 30-day court commitment.
