Maude Wilson of Branson, Missouri, was born July 14, 1924 in Topeka, Kansas to Fred and Maud (Belcher) Smith. Maude passed away October 27, 2020 in Springfield, Missouri at the age of 96.
Maude was a member of Freeman Heights Baptist Church in Berryville. She taught four Sunday School classes. Maude enjoyed serving others and being with her family.
She is survived by her children Phyllis Dodson and husband Archie of Prescott, Arizona; James Wilson, Jr. and wife Susan of Nixa, Missouri; Marsha Konz and husband Paul of Mayer Arizona; Amanda Fontaine and husband Jay of Council Bluffs, Iowa. Ten grandchildren: Steven Wilson, Kris Randolph, David Dodson, Christie Urita, Phillip Konz, William Wilson, Jamie Shoaf, Mason Wilson, Debrorah Fontaine, Rebecca Fontaine; seventeen great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
April 26, 1941 Maude was united in marriage to James Donald Wilson, who preceded her in death; she is also preceded in death by her parents; son Richard Wilson; daughter-in-law Patsy Wilson; brother Fred Smith; sister Hazel Pack; two grandchildren Rhonda Wilson and Jeffrey Wilson.
Funeral Service will be 10:00 am, November 2, 2020 at Freeman Heights Baptist Church in Berryville with Pastor Alan Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Berryville Memorial Park Cemetery.
