This listing includes individuals who are booked into the Carroll County Detention Center. Charges may be reduced or dropped, and individuals are presumed innocent until being found guilty in court. As of Monday, Oct. 12, a total of 115 inmates were being housed in the detention center.

• Johnathan F. Conklin, 54, Green Forest, was booked on driving on suspended driver’s license due to driving while intoxicated, careless and prohibited driving, no proof of liability insurance and operation of a vehicle without a license plate.

• Phillip Martin S. Fortenberry, 37, Holiday Island, was booked on failure to appear on driving while intoxicated and hold for Madison County.

• Robert Paul Grout, 29, Green Forest, was booked on drug court violation.

• Kameron Cordell Klutts, 19, Green Forest, was booked on rape.

• Jimmie Walter Norcross, 51, Eureka Springs, was booked on hold for Benton County.

• Uriah Hildred Tanner, 34, Green Forest, was booked on domestic battery in the third degree and interference with emergency communications.

• Carlos Televani-Hernandez, 54, Green Forest, was booked on public intoxication.

• Linsey Calin Williams, 30, Berryville, was booked on drug court violation.

• Gregory Don Easter, 40, Lampe, Mo., was booked on failure to comply with terms of probation, failure to appear on driving while intoxicated and failure to appear on theft by receiving.

• Jesse Lee Foster, 29, Berryville, was booked on revocation.

• Traci Marie Morrell, 46, Berryville, was booked on obstruction of governmental operations.

• William Charles Phillips, 23, Berryville, was booked on failure to appear on theft of property.

• Christopher Steven Riddle, 29, Alpena, was booked on hold for Alpena police.

• Christopher Carlin Smith, 35, Bentonville, was booked on failure to appear on driving while intoxicated.

• Carl Elisha Engleman, 38, Scottsdale, AZ, was booked on public intoxication.

• Heather LeAnn Gann, 36, Berryville, was booked on hold for Conway.

• Jessica Paige Guest, 31, Berryville, was booked on court commitment.

• John Brandon Kocher, 42, Harrison, was booked on possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Mary Elizabeth Marshall, 59, Eureka Springs, was booked on terroristic threatening.

• Alisha Lavon Moppin, 28, Green Forest, was booked on possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to pay registration, no proof of liability insurance, driving on suspended license and fictitious vehicle license.

• Angel Marie Potteet, 48, Eureka Springs, was booked on residential burglary, criminal trespassing and hold for Barry County.

• Robert Wayne Rosson, 55, Eureka Springs, was booked on possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jessica Ann Smith, 33, Oak Grove, was booked on residential burglary and theft of property.

• Robert Charles Smith, 38, Scott, was booked on public intoxication, hold for Washington County and hold for Sebastian County.

• Fredrick William Deertz, 25, Green Forest, was booked on failure to appear on public intoxication and resisting arrest.

Donald Gene Epley, 47, Green Forest, was booked on disorderly conduct.

• Ruben Paul Landeros, 48, Holiday Island, was booked on driving on suspended or revoked driver’s license, aggravated assault and failure to appear on auxiliary lighting.

• Marvin Cody Wright, 32, Oak Grove, was booked on delivery of a substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, providing tobacco to a minor, endangering the welfare of a minor in the second degree and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

• Shane Alan Morse, 38, Grain Valley, Mo., was booked on battery in the third degree, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

• Charles Ky Hanna, 32, Berryville, was booked on failure to appear on driving on suspended license and two-day court commitment.

• Lauren Skylyer Hatley, 30, Green Forest, was booked on failure to appear on possession of an instrument of crime, possession of a controlled substance and failure to carry driver’s license.

• Luis Ignacio Salas, 60, Kansas City, Mo., was booked on driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Pamela Sue Stanfield, 27, Eureka Springs, was booked on shoplifting, obstruction of government operations, hold for Webster County, Mo., and hold for Boone County.
