This listing includes individuals who are booked into the Carroll County Detention Center. Charges may be reduced or dropped, and individuals are presumed innocent until being found guilty in court. As of Monday, Sept. 14, a total of 103 inmates were being housed in the detention center.

Sept. 6

• Kelley Marie Bevington, 55, Green Forest, was booked on possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on suspended license, no proof of liability insurance and no tail light.

• James Allen Decany, 42, Springdale, was booked on hold for Washington County.

Sept. 7

• Golden Jewel Bricker, 32, Green Forest, was booked on revocation on original charge of possession of a controlled substance.

• David James Lowery, 37, Green Forest, was booked on aggravated assault on a household member and interference with emergency communications.

• Rodolfo Tovar-Lemus, 57, Berryville, was booked on domestic battery in the third degree.

• Dusty John Sims, 32, Green Forest, was booked on interference with emergency communications, endangering the welfare of a minor in the third degree and domestic battery in the third degree.

• Don Allen Woodyatt, Jr., 55, Green Forest, was booked on public intoxication.

Sept. 8

• Danielle Marie Krauth, 20, Golden, Mo., was booked on possession of firearms, aggravated assault, fleeing, obstructing government operations and criminal trespassing.

• Carl Marion Lee, 45, Berryville, was booked on possession of firearms, hindering prosecution and obstruction of government operations.

• Devin Leigh Miller, 25, Green Forest, was booked on domestic battery in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a minor.

• Dusty John Sims, 32, Green Forest, was booked on interference with emergency communications, endangering the welfare of a minor in the third degree and domestic battery in the third degree.

• Shane Martin Slay, 41, Green Forest, was booked on hold for probation and parole.

• Brittney Danielle Ware, 29, Kingston, was booked on failure to appear on theft by receiving.

• Dakoda Wayne Hanna, 21, Alpena, was booked on revocation on burglary and theft.

• Dawn LeAnn Lowery, 36, Berryville, was booked on domestic battery in the third degree.

• Traci Marie Morrell, 46, Eureka Springs, was booked on endangering the welfare of a minor, domestic battery and resisting arrest.

• April Rae Rich, 39, Green Forest, was booked on aggravated assault on a family member and endangering the welfare of a minor in the third and first degree.

• Bee San, 29, Green Forest, was booked on domestic battery in the third degree, aggravated assault and terroristic threatening.

• Dawn Anne Townsend, 42, Oak Grove, was booked on possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to deliver, shoplifting, obstruction of government operations, theft of property, hold for Benton County and hold for Jasper County, Mo.

• Pyu Pya Tun, 18, Green Forest, was booked on failure to appear on no driver’s license, failure to appear on speeding and careless driving.

• Samantha Lynn Valentine, 31, Harrison, was booked on failure to appear on speeding.

• Ashley Renee West, 28, Eagle Rock, Mo., was booked on shoplifting.

• Jeremiah Lee Pendleton, 22, Cassville, Mo., was booked on driving while intoxicated, implied consent and driving left of center.

• Dusty John Sims, 32, Green Forest, was booked on violation of a protection order.

• James Paul Hampel, 35, Green Forest, was booked on failure to comply, failure to appear on battery in the third degree, failure to appear on disorderly conduct, driving on suspended license and fictitious tags.

• Sara Ann Hankins, 38, Eureka Springs, was booked on court commitment.

• Luis Lopez-Olivares, 51, Green Forest, was booked on no driver’s license and careless driving.

• Samuel Robert McLeod, 41, Green Forest, was booked on failure to appear on unsafe vehicle and driving on suspended license.

• Dave Allen Redmon, 53, Green Forest, was booked on hold for public intoxication, white warrant and failure to appear on theft of property.

• Hershel Dean Periman, 73, Omaha, was booked on hold for Boone County on sexual assault in the second degree.

• Jesse Steven Lestage, 43, Berryville, was booked on revocation on original charge of possession of a controlled substance.

• Brent Allen McGehee, 19, Eureka Springs, was booked on failure to appear on driving on suspended license.

• Jordan Nathaniel Powers, 18, Springdale, was booked on driving while intoxicated.

• Justin Robert Reeves, 31, Eureka Springs, was booked on delivery of methamphetamine.
