This listing includes individuals who are booked into the Carroll County Detention Center. Charges may be reduced or dropped, and individuals are presumed innocent until being found guilty in court. As of Monday, June 1, a total of 64 inmates were being housed in the detention center.

May 26

• Tristan James Brasher, 23, Fayetteville, was booked on no insurance and driving on suspended driver’s license.

• Terry Linn Newberry, 45, Harrison, was booked on speeding, possession, fictitious vehicle license, no liability insurance, tampering with physical evidence and hold for Newton County.

• Joe Adam Serna, 35, Green Forest, was booked on public intoxication.

• Travis Timothy Trustin, 52, Eureka Springs, was booked on disorderly conduct, reckless driving and obstructing government operations.

May 27

• Dennis John Gibson, 32, Berryville, was booked on aggravated assault on a family member, burglary, criminal mischief, domestic battery and bond surrender.

• Billy James Lynch, 29, Green Forest, was booked on failure to appear.

• Emanuel Rangel, 20, Green Forest, was booked on body attachment.

• Jesse Ryan Scroggins, 24, Berryville, was booked on possession of a firearm and drugs at the same time, possession of a controlled substance, possession of firearms by a certain person, carrying a prohibited weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing government operations, driving on suspended license and no liability insurance.

• Aaron Lee Skelton, 40, Berryville, was booked on failure to register as a sex offender.

• Holly Gene White, 31, Berryville, was booked on failure to pay on no or expired driver’s license.

May 28

• Crystal Lee Mays, 37, Harrison, was booed on failure to appear on possession.

• Daniel William Pavelka, 35, Lampe, Mo., was booked on failure to appear on fictitious license, driving on suspended or revoked license and no proof of liability insurance.

• Ethan James Svitak, 27, Green Forest, was booked on failure to appear on no driver’s license.

• Shawn Patrick Swallow, 44, Green Forest, was booked on public intoxication.

May 29

• Kimberly Ann Bingaman, 33, Eureka Springs, was booked on failure to appear on multiple failures to appear, failure to appear on possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear on criminal impersonation, failure to appear on multiple failures to appear, surrender on revocation and surrender on failure to appear.

• Billie Joe Gerrard, 43, Berryville, was booked on domestic battery in the third degree.

• Christian Harris, 24, Green Forest, was booked on failure to appear.

• Anthony Louis Pagano, 51, Cassville, Mo., was booked on driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Beverly Denise Philpott, 56, Shell Knob, Mo., was booked on violation of Arkansas hot check law.

• Jay Michael Rowan, 33, Alpena, was booked on white warrant, driving on suspended license due to driving while intoxicated, unsafe vehicle and no proof of liability insurance.

• Avery James Walker, 20, Eureka Springs, was booked on failure to appear on theft of property.

May 30

• Donald Jason McClung, 45, Eureka Springs, was booked on public intoxication.

• Brett Joseph Pansano, 51, Fayetteville, was booked on driving while intoxicated.

• Heather K-Lynn Trausch, 41, Washburn, Mo., was booked on failure to appear on possession of a controlled substance.

• Daniel Josephshilo Zaloudek, 19, Berryville, was booked on possession of drug paraphernalia and purchase or possession by a minor.

May 31

• Devin George Donai Gutierrez, 21, Berryville, was booked on battery in the second degree, aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, interfering with a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, criminal use of a prohibited weapon, possession of an instrument of crime, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

• Shannon Wayne Morrell, 49, Eureka Springs, was booked on harassment.

• Jacob Daniel Ray, 26, Alpena, was booked on possession of a firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia, no seat belt and HOA for Bentonville police.
