Carroll County offices reopened with limited access Monday, May 18.

County Judge Sam Barr announced the reopening in a news release on Wednesday, May 13, saying the county was following the recommendation of the Association of Arkansas Counties and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

“We will open all offices for normal business soon and as the number of COVID-19 cases continue to decrease,” Barr said in the news release.

The following conditions will be in place until further notice, according to the release:

• Only one entrance/exit is to be used by patrons.

• Every patron entering must have a face covering of some type.

• Every patron will have their temperature checked at the door.

• Every patron will sign in at the door.

• Only one patron will be allowed in an office at any time.

• There will be a limit of 10 patrons in the building at any one time. Everyone else must wait outside.

Visitors are asked to respect the marked 6-foot social distancing signs in all buildings.
