Berryville High School principal Donnel Armstrong, assistant principal Joey Curtis and senior adviser Paul Vance decided to create a sign for each of the seniors to display along Freeman Street in front of the high school,.

Armstrong said they ordered the signs from Wingate Outdoor and put them out Wednesday, May 13. Seniors were allowed take pictures with the signs and take them home starting Monday, May 18.

“We wanted to do something we thought the kids would appreciate,” Armstrong said.

She said the school has made signs for seniors in athletics before, but this is the first time the entire senior class got them.

“This is a time we need to remember them and honor their accomplishments,” Armstrong said.
