This listing includes individuals who are booked into the Carroll County Detention Center. Charges may be reduced or dropped, and individuals are presumed innocent until being found guilty in court. As of Monday, April 13, a total of 86 inmates were being housed in the detention center.

April 6

• Jessie Lee Bough, 42, Eureka Springs, was booked on possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of a controlled substance (pills), careless driving, driving on suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia, hold for Benton County and failure to appear on time pay review.

• Kindra Brooke Cole, 35, Sheridan, was booked on public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

• Tristan DeAnne McLaughlin, 29, Green Forest, was booked on endangering the welfare of a minor in the first degree and theft of property.

• Cody Eugene Porter, 31, Holiday Island, was booked on violation of a protection order.

• Angel Marie Potteet, 48, Eureka Springs, was booked on failure to comply with terms of probation and possession of a controlled substance.

• Jesse Ryan Scroggins, 24, Berryville, was booked on violation of a protection order.

April 7

• Josafine Marie Brians, 23, Green Forest, was booked on failure to appear on no or expired driver’s license.

• Richard Jason Webster Jr., 31, Green Forest, was booked on revocation forgery, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear on failure to serve court commitment, failure to appear on indecent exposure and failure to appear on failure to pay fines on driving on suspended license.

April 8

• Paul Eugene Ledkins, 53, Harrison, was booked on breaking or entering and theft of property.

• Robert Lee Marshall, 50, Berryville, was booked on driving on suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to deliver.

April 9

• Kenny Alan Doke, 44, Eureka Springs, was booked on witness bribery, violation of a no-contact order and failure to appear on aggravated robbery.

• Michael Tyler Gentry, 34, Green Forest, was booked on hold for Benton County on terroristic threatening in the first degree.

• Nicholas Shane Graves, 32, Green Forest, was booked on violation of a no contact order.

• Jedediah Stephen Moorehead, 41, Huntsville, was booked on breaking Wor entering.

April 10

• Rachelle Lee Cagle, 41, Berryville, was booked on domestic battery in the third degree.

• Eric Scott Stephens, 35, Green Forest, was booked on public intoxication.

• Travis Dean Walker, 36, Berryville, was booked on no contact order.

April 11

• Gretchen Dyan Boyer, 44, Holiday Island, was booked on theft of property.

• Diamond Kary Coates, 24, Green Forest, was booked on failure to appear on fraud, theft, delivery of controlled substance and failure to appear on no insurance.

• Marc David Howard, 46, Berryville, was booked on contempt of court and failure to appear on possession of drug paraphernalia.

• James Harold Nall, 59, Cassville, Mo., was booked on failure to appear.

• Cameron John Snyder, 25, Green Forest, was booked on assault in the third degree and interference with emergency communications.

• Katherine Marie Morgan, 20, Eagle Rock, Mo., was booked on violation of a protection order and no driver’s license.
