Anita Joleen Taylor joined the angels Monday, November 18, 2019, at the age of 77. Anita was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on January 26, 1942 to Hershel and Geraldine (Warden) Milligan.
She was of the Episcopal faith and was very close her Al Anon family who brought her great peace, joy and fellowship. She has been a resident of Eureka Springs for over forty years and carried a love for her community.
Anita is survived by her daughters Darienne Taylor and Angie Taylor both of Eureka Springs; her son Kyle Egan and daughter-in-law Nicole of Minneapolis, Minnesota; grand children Devin Duncan, Dillan Jackson, Glory Ann Leggett and Mica Egan; great grand children Jaden Duncan and Madden Lester; brother Chet Milligan and wife Sandra; nephew Charles Milligan; niece Kari Dawn Williams; five great nephews and nieces Mason, Peyton, Creydon, Max and Molly. She will be missed by family and a multitude of friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, December 12, 2019 at 11 am at St. James Episcopal Church, 28 Prospect Ave, Eureka Springs, Arkansas, followed by a reception. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale, AR 72762.
