Sept. 9

David Ray Kell, 34, Berryville, was booked on drug paraphernalia and intent to deliver.

Tony Ray Kell, 59, Berryville, was booked on drug paraphernalia, intent to deliver and possession of firearm.

David Lee Luttrell, 42, Eureka Springs, was booked on 22-day court commitment.

Sept. 10

Katheryn Elizabeth Moore, 29, Green Forest, was booked on 6-day court commitment.

Magen Kay Plumlee, 28, was booked on reckless driving.

Dennis Carr Reed, 55, Merriam Woods, MO, was booked on drug paraphernalia with intent to deliver.

Amanda Joann Rosales, 37, Eureka Springs, was booked on two-day court commitment.

James Paul Hampel, 34, Green Forest, was booked on assault and endangering welfare of minor.

Jennifer Seymore, 43, Berryville, was booked on white warrant.

Sept. 11

Charles Laverne Birchfield, 53, Fayetteville, was booked on contempt of court.

Westley Wayne Holman, 32, Berryville, was booked on driving on suspended license.

Christopher J. Latimer, 48, Bentonville, was booked on obstruction of government operations.

Chess Allen Matney, 50, Green Forest, was booked on obstructing government operations, criminal mischief, criminal trespassing, public intoxication and open container.

Henry Mitchell Matney, 46, Gravette, was booked on obstructing government operations and public intoxication.

Landry Steven Pogue, 26, Green Forest, was booked on driving on suspended license.

Lamonica Ann Puente, 31, Green Forest, was booked on two-day court commitment.

Tristan Triplett, 27, Berryville, was booked on hold for Benton county.

Heather Nicole Walker, 30, Holiday Island, was booked on criminal mischief.
