Julie Ann Scarrow of Farmington, Arkansas, was born May 14, 1971 in Harrison, Arkansas daughter of Jimmy Don and Christine Marie (Douglas) Hale. Julie passed away July 27, 2019 in Fayetteville, Arkansas at the age of 48.
Julie accomplished so much in a short time. She graduated Green Forest High School in 1989. She attended NACC and was the President of Phi Beta Lambda where she represented Arkansas in Washington DC. Julie represented her town by winning the NWA District fair queen in 1992. She received numerous awards which included outstanding student of Office of Administration, first place national award in Leadership & Business Enterprises. She was on the Washington County soccer board and a NWA ATV riding club member. Julie worked at Tyson Foods for over 22 years in administrative and human resource roles, she made time for what counted. Julie was a loving mother of two beautiful daughters Haley and Hannah and wife of a loving husband.
Julie is survived by her husband Travis Lee Scarrow and daughters; Haley Marie, and Hannah LeeAnn of Farmington, her parents Jimmy and Christine Hale of Green Forest; brother Steve and wife Betty Hale of Huntsville; in-laws Roy and Linda Scarrow of Berryville; four nephews, five nieces; special friend Donna Wasson other relatives and many friends.
She is preceded in death by: sister Lesa Cantwell, brother Michael Douglas Hale, maternal grandparents John and Ruth Douglas, paternal grandparents Arvil and Lois Hale.
Visitation will be 5:00 pm ~ 8:00 pm Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel in Berryville. Funeral services Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 10:00 am at Southern Heights Baptist Church with Pastor Eric Green officiating. Arrangements under the direction of Nelson Funeral Service.
