• Robert Hayes Dunbar Jr, 35, Eureka Springs, was booked on public intoxication.

• Elias Rangel Juarez, 36, Berryville, was booked on driving while intoxicated, fleeing an officer, reckless driving, endangering the welfare of a minor in the third degree, resisting arrest, obstructing governmental operations and implied consent.

• Rudy Ruiz-Soto, 49, Green Forest, was booked on driving while intoxicated, open container, no driver’s license and driving left of center.
