Local students earn degrees at Arkansas Tech

Several Carroll County students received degrees during the 2018-19 academic year at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, the school announced.

The list includes graduates from the campus in Russellville with certificates as well as associate, bachelor, master, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.

Those who graduated with honors based upon cumulative grade point average Cum Laude (3.50-3.69), Magna Cum Laude (3.70-3.89) or Summa Cum Laude (3.90-4.00) are listed as such. Those students who completed the University Honors program are also noted.

Carroll County graduates are Katrina Sims of Alpena, Bachelor of Science;

Sara Johanna Edwards of Berryville, Bachelor of Arts and Associate of Arts; Rachel Marie Frank of Berryville, Master of Arts; Rachael Anne Hendon of Berryville, Bachelor of Science; Hunter Dean Rivett of Berryville, Bachelor of Arts and Associate of Science, Cum Laude; Joanna Nicole Salazar of Berryville, Associate of Arts; Benjamin Bret Harris of Eureka Springs, Bachelor of Science;

Ashleigh Lynn McCullough of Green Forest, Bachelor of Science and Associate of Arts, Magna Cum Laude; and Brianna Elaine Walker of Green Forest, Bachelor of Arts;
