Officially, Eureka Springs hosted the 2A Region 1 District Relays on Wednesday.

Little won the girls 200-meter dash and shot put, finished second in the 100-meter dash, third in the long jump and fifth in the triple jump.

The Lady Highlanders also got a boost from freshman Juna Williams, who finished second in the high jump, third in the 300-meter hurdles and fourth in the 100-meter hurdles. Williams also took eighth place in both the 100-and 200-meter dash.

Junior Gracie Lester finished fourth in the discus.

Another Eureka Springs freshman, Vivian Head, was fifth in the 200 meters and ninth at 100 meters.
