Early voting begins May 14 in school election

Friday, April 26, 2019

The Carroll County Clerk’s Office has announced the timeline for the 2019 School Election.

Public Logic & Accuracy Testing will be held at the County Clerk's Office at 1 p.m. Friday, May 3.

Early Voting will begin on Tuesday, May 14, and end on Monday, May 20, at both the Berryville and Eureka Springs courthouses.  Early Voting will be conducted with office hours only from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

The Berryville and Green Forest School Districts will not be opening a polling site on Election Day as they do not have a contested race and there is not an option for an increase in the millage rate.

The Eureka Springs School District will open its polling site at St. Elizabeth's Parish Center from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, May 21.

The clerk’s office encourages voters to update their voter registration if they have changed their name or if they have a new address.
